This challenge was born because I hear ALL the time "I don't have time to workout" "My kids are in all these sports and I'm running them everywhere, all the time" "I just can't stay consistent, I start out with good intention and then fall off after a couple of weeks" "I chose to not workout because I don't want to miss out on the fun stuff my friends are doing at the time I would workout"
It hurts my heart to think people are not making time for themselves. I know first hand that if I don't make time for myself I am absolutely no good to anyone else. I am tired, I am crabby, I have no energy, and honestly I start to feel depressed and like a failure because I am not being the best version of myself.
My philosophy is you CAN have a good effective workout, feel better and have more energy in 20 minutes or less without going to the gym. I created these effective at home workouts so you can get up, roll out of bed and GET AFTER IT. You can do these in your office, in your living room, heck I've even done them in my kitchen before. You will feel so much better that you will miss doing them if you have to miss a day.
