Hi, I'm Mandy
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach who works specifically with those new to fitness/healthier lifestyle or those who have been inconsistent in their fitness over the past few years. I love working with those who know they need to move their body, are ready to move their body but aren't ready to hit the gym.
I'm here to show you living a healthier lifestyle can be fun, rewarding and energizing; not time consuming, confusing or frustrating.
My philosophy is you CAN have a good effective workout, feel better and have more energy in 20 minutes or less without going to the gym. I created these effective at home workouts so you can get up, roll out of bed and GET AFTER IT. You can do these in your office, in your living room, heck I've even done them in my kitchen before. You will feel so much better that you will miss doing them if you have to miss a day.
